Refund and Returns Policy

Return Policy Details:

Our Return Process is simple and hassle free. You can return your merchandise to our warehouse up to 30-days from your item’s ship date.

All Trading Cards, Encapsulated, Loose, or Boxed – No Exclusions, Game Used, Vintage, Customized and Personalized items cannot be returned.
Returns must be in original condition, unworn/unused with original tags and labels. Your return item(s) will be inspected upon arrival before your refund is processed.
If items are returned after our 30-day return policy, we will not be able to accept your return and will donate your merchandise to a charity of our choice. A refund will not be credited to your account.
It can take up to 10 business days for us to receive and process your return. Once processed, your refund can take up to 2-7 business days to reflect on your account statement. You will receive a confirmation email once this is completed.

Include the item(s) you would like to return.
The reason for the return.
Name of the person on the order.
We will reply to your email with the instructions on where to send the return.

Important Information

Customers are responsible for the return shipping expenses. If the return is our fault, we’ll cover this charge and provide a return label.

We highly recommend that you obtain a tracking number. We ask that you email us the tracking number to help expedite the returns process. We are not responsible for returns that do not reach our warehouses.

If items are returned after our 30-day return policy, we will not be able to accept your return and will donate your merchandise to a charity of our choice. A refund will not be credited to your account.

Customized items are final sale and cannot be returned. If a customized item is returned, we will not be able to accept the return and will donate your merchandise to a charity of our choice.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACCEPTANCE, SAFEKEEPING AND/OR RETURN OF ANY ITEMS THAT YOU SHIP TO US IN ERROR (I.E., ITEMS THAT WERE NOT PURCHASED ON OUR SITE) (“ERRONEOUS RETURN”). If we nevertheless receive and accept an Erroneous Return, we may require, in our sole discretion, that you pay a reasonable processing and shipping fee in order to cover the costs of shipping the Erroneous Return (“Return Fee”) back to you. Once received, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to notify you and hold the Erroneous Return for a reasonable period of time not to exceed 30-days. If we are unable to contact you or we do not receive payment of the Return Fee, if any, during that time, we may destroy the Erroneous Return or donate it to a charity of our choice.

Unless you go through the gift return process, your eGift Certificate can only be sent via the billing email address used on the order.
Once you confirm your return, we will be able to cancel the eGift Certificate request and you will not be able to request a refund instead.

Returning a Damaged Item

We apologize if you have received a damaged or defective item and will gladly resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Please note: All damaged/defective merchandise must be reported within 30-days of your order’s ship date. Manufacturer Direct, Memorabilia, and Collectible items must be reported within 14-days. If we are notified of your damaged item(s) after this time frame, we will be unable to process your request.

If you are reporting a damaged/defective item, please follow the instructions below to receive a refund or replacement:

Contact us and let us know of your issue. Be sure to have your order number ready and a Customer Advocate will be happy to assist you!
If possible, the Customer Advocate will replace your item immediately. If you prefer a refund, the item will need to be returned to us first and your refund will be processed upon receipt of the merchandise.

Returning a Wrong Item Received

We apologize if you have received an incorrect item and will gladly resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Please note: All incorrect merchandise must be reported within 30-days of your order’s ship date. Manufacturer Direct, Memorabilia, and Collectible items must be reported within 14-days. If we are notified of your incorrect item(s) after this time frame, we will be unable to process your request.
